A recently completed renovation of a historic Charleston single house, transformed into a two-unit home with thoughtful updates throughout. Interior improvements included a flexible living space and a cozy banquette nook, while exterior updates restored the originally intended piazza door and added gas lanterns. The design balances modern functionality with the character of the historic home.
