Originally built in 1925, this historic Isle of Palms beach cottage is being thoughtfully restored to honor the charm and character of the early coastal homes that once defined the island. The project includes a sensitive exterior redesign and interior layout reconfiguration, along with a carefully concealed two-story addition that expands the home’s bedroom capacity. A spacious screened porch creates a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living, allowing the cottage to function beautifully for modern life while preserving the spirit of its historic roots.

Tucked in Charleston’s historic South of Broad neighborhood, this duplex renovation brings new life to a traditional footprint. The layout was thoughtfully reimagined to include an inviting eat-in kitchen, reconfigured bathrooms with improved flow and natural light, and a compact laundry room designed with maximum storage in mind. A full kitchen overhaul and subtle architectural updates blend old and new, creating a comfortable, functional space that honors the home’s historic charm.
